Experience:

Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or as a People Partner, ideally in a startup or fast growing business.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
A hands on, proactive, and flexible approach - no task is too small!
Passion for wellness, wellbeing, and creating a people first culture.
Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
