What you will do:

• Deliver an effective, person-centred occupational therapy service to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and support needs.
• Recommend and facilitate the provision of necessary equipment and assistive technology.
• Educate service users and carers on the safe use of equipment.
• Collaborate with housing teams, health professionals, and partner agencies.
• Develop reablement programmes to support individuals in maintaining independence.
• Perform moving and handling assessments and recommend safe systems of work.
