What you will do:
- Conduct occupational health consultations for managing sickness absence referrals and create detailed reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide expert advice on health and wellbeing.
- Be guided and supported by clinical trainers and your line manager to reach your full professional potential.
- Multitask efficiently to meet tight deadlines and manage diverse cases effectively.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- NMC registration is essential, ideally Part 3 with a postgraduate Occupational Health qualification.
- Degree-level education is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Your main workspace will be based in Coventry for one day every two weeks at our client's site; the remainder will be remote, depending on business needs. We are open to considering both full-time and part-time applications, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
