What you will do:

• Conduct occupational health consultations for managing sickness absence referrals and create detailed reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide expert advice on health and wellbeing.
• Be guided and supported by clinical trainers and your line manager to reach your full professional potential.
• Multitask efficiently to meet tight deadlines and manage diverse cases effectively.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• NMC registration is essential, ideally Part 3 with a postgraduate Occupational Health qualification.
• Degree-level education is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Your main workspace will be based in Coventry for one day every two weeks at our client's site; the remainder will be remote, depending on business needs. We are open to considering both full-time and part-time applications, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
