What you will do

Deliver high-quality non-medical prescribing services in line with clinical guidelines and best practice.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans.

Conduct medication reviews and provide specialist prescribing advice to support service users’ recovery.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure practice remains safe, current, and evidence-based.
Essential requirements

Registered Non-Medical Prescriber with the appropriate professional body.

Relevant experience working within substance misuse, recovery, or community health services.

Strong clinical decision-making skills and a commitment to person-centred care.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
