What You Will Do:

• Provide expert intermediate care in a community therapy setting to support patient recovery and independence.

• Manage complex moving and handling cases, ensuring safety and adherence to best practice.

• Maintain compliance with HCPC standards, ensuring professional and ethical practice.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in community and rehabilitation settings.

• Car driver preferable for travel between multiple sites.
