What you will do:
- Assess and prescribe for patients within the substance misuse services, tailoring treatment plans for individuals as part of a holistic approach
- Provide clinical leadership and expert advice on substance misuse treatments, facilitating recovery and harm reduction
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and coordinate with external agencies to support service users
- Engage in health promotion activities and offer guidance to staff, patients, and families on substance misuse issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to safety, quality care, and confidentiality

Requirements:
- Recent experience working as a Non-Medical Prescriber or within Substance Misuse, such as Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol Recovery, or Needle Exchange
- NMC Registration
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing
