This is an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Nutrition Support and HEF Dietitian to join our Nutrition and Dietetics team. What you will do:
- Provide specialist advice and support to patients requiring nutrition support, including Home Enteral Feeding.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans for patients based on their dietary needs and medical conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients, adjusting nutrition plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and carers, empowering them to manage their dietary requirements effectively.

Requirements of the Dietitian:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in dietetics.
- Recent professional experience in the UK working as a Dietitian.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC to practice in the UK.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
