What you will do:
- Provide expert dietetic assessment and intervention for patients within Gastroenterology, Oncology, and Diabetes.
- Develop and implement personalised nutritional plans to support patient recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and healthcare professionals about dietary management of gastroenterological, oncological, and diabetic conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of dietary interventions, adjusting plans as necessary to optimise patient outcomes.
Requirements of the Dietitian:
- Degree or equivalent in dietetics.
- Recent UK experience working as a Dietitian.
- Registered with the HCPC to work in the UK.
- Must have experience in Gastroenterology, Oncology, and Diabetes.
