What you will do:
- Provide specialist mental health assessments and interventions to adults within the community setting.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Offer support and education to individuals, families, and carers, assisting them in managing mental health conditions.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management plans to ensure patient safety.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with professional and legal standards.

Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse in a community setting.
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is mandatory.
