MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Title:    Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Bias
Location:    Worcester, Worcestershire
Salary:        £45,000 - £48,000 plus Benefits
Shift:          Days, Monday – Friday, Flexible Working Hours

Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer.

A standout opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background to join a plastic injection moulding organisation. Working as a stand alone Engineer alongside Tooling Engineers and the development of an Apprentice, this a great opportunity for candidates with leadership potential.

You will be responsible for maintenance, repair, breakdown and the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment as well as an active role in continuous improvement projects.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias.
• Hold either a 17^th or 18^th Edition.
• Hold some form of Electrical qualification.

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Worked within a manufacturing environment previously.
• Worked to 3-Phase Electrics as well as sound hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge and experience.
• PLC Fault-Finding experience.
• Be a self-starter as well as a team player, you will be the only Maintenance Engineer on site but will be supported by some excellent Production staff.

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Plastic Injection Moulding experience.
