⚙️ The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining production efficiency within a high-output manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production equipment

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Reactive maintenance to minimise downtime

• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

• Working closely with production and engineering teams

• Maintaining high health & safety and engineering standards

Shift Pattern

• Double Days

• 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm (rotating)

• Monday to Friday

• No nights

Salary & Benefits

• £42,000 – £47,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-speed production environments

• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent)

• Proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
