We are working with a well-established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high-volume FMCG production site in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that actively invests in its people, equipment, and future growth.

The Role

Operating within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you’ll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment

• Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical production environment

• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

• Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards

This role operates on a Days & Nights DuPont shift pattern, offering structured rotation and extended rest periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled)

• Background within FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments

• Strong fault-finding skills with a proactive maintenance mindset

• Reliable, flexible, and motivated to progress within a growing organisation
