Working a Panama Days & Nights shift pattern, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment, ensuring maximum machine uptime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Non Negotiable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Recognised Engineering Qualification
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment
• Ability to work Panama Days & Nights
• Strong fault-finding skills on production machinery

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical or Multi-Skilled maintenance background
• Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive breakdown maintenance experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• PLC fault-finding experience
• Continuous Improvement experience
• CMMS experience
• Experience within automated manufacturing environments
