We are working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support a modern, high-volume production site in Bradford. The Role

Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you’ll be responsible for a mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring production machinery operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment

• Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical production environment

• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

• Working closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standards

This role operates Monday to Friday, days only (8:00am – 4:30pm), offering routine hours and an excellent work–life balance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled)

• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments

• Strong fault-finding capability and a proactive maintenance mindset

• Reliable, hands-on, and keen to develop within a stable organisation
