Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bilston
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE with Overtime
Shift: Days Only | Monday to Friday | NO WEEKENDS

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established business based in Bilston.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a days-based role, offering a competitive salary of £40,000, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 through overtime. Working Monday to Friday, this role offers a great work-life balance with no weekend work.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production machinery.

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults.

• Responding to machinery breakdowns and minimising production downtime.

• Supporting continuous improvement and machinery reliability.

• Working closely with the production team to ensure efficient operation of equipment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Engineer.

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.

• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.

• A proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.

• Experience with PLCs and automated machinery would be advantageous.
