What you will do:

- Lead the planning and coordination for inspections, audits, and regulatory visits
- Develop schedules, timelines, and logistical plans for inspection activities
- Act as the main point of contact between inspectors and internal teams
- Coordinate the collection and submission of required evidence and documentation
- Collate, review, and quality-check performance data and reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with compliance standards
- Liaise with service managers, senior leaders, and external regulators
- Organise and support meetings, interviews, and site visits during inspections
- Brief staff on inspection processes, expectations, and requirements
- Support self-assessment processes and continuous improvement planning
- Monitor and track post-inspection action plans and progress against targets
- Identify risks, gaps, and areas for service improvement
- Produce reports, briefings, and summaries for senior management
- Manage communications and ensure timely dissemination of key information
- Provide administrative and project support for governance and compliance activities
