You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to promoting safe working environments and high compliance standards across multiple sectors.
The Health and Safety Consultant will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts, delivering ongoing support and professional Health and Safety advice.
- Conducting risk assessments, audits, and site inspections across client locations.
- Developing and maintaining Health and Safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Delivering engaging Health and Safety training sessions and updates.
- Investigating incidents, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions.
- Supporting advice line queries and collaborating with colleagues as needed.
The Health and Safety Consultant will have:
- Previous experience working in a Health and Safety consultancy or advisory role.
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation, ISO standards (45001, 9001, 14001), CDM Regulations, and SSIP accreditations.
- NEBOSH General or Construction/ equivalent as a minimum.
- Ideally experience designing and delivering Health and Safety training.
- A CSCS card and access to a vehicle for client visits.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
