Location: Birmingham
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Role Highlights
In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will:

Earn up to £570 per week while working full-time, term-time only

Support children aged 4-11 with various SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH challenges

Receive full training to develop essential skills in SEN support

Gain invaluable experience for future careers in Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or SEN teaching

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will include:

Supporting students with SEN during lessons and in one-to-one or small group interventions

Assisting with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and developing personalized learning strategies

Creating an inclusive, calm classroom environment that promotes emotional regulation and builds student confidence

Encouraging the development of communication skills, social interaction, and self-esteem

Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide tailored support for each child
