Location: Birmingham
 Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
 Salary: Up to £570 per week
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Your Responsibilities
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, your key duties will include:

Supporting students with SEN both in the classroom and during one-to-one or small group interventions
 - 
Assisting with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and tailored learning programs
 - 
Creating a calm, inclusive learning environment that fosters confidence, communication, and emotional regulation
 - 
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver targeted support
