Weekly Pay (PAYE): £500–£550 | Full-Time | Term-Time Only

The Opportunity - Graduate Classroom Assistant
Our client is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Graduate Classroom Assistants. This is a full-time, term-time role designed for those interested in teaching, educational psychology, or child development careers.
You’ll work closely with class teachers, the SENCo and support staff, building hands-on classroom experience that will set you up for teacher training or specialist pathways.
What you’ll be doing - Graduate Classroom Assistant
- Assisting with the smooth running of daily lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Running small-group learning in phonics, literacy or numeracy
- Providing 1:1 support for children with additional needs (SEN, EAL, speech & language)
- Preparing/adapting resources to meet different learning styles
- Monitoring progress and behaviour, feeding back to teachers
- Helping create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
About you - Graduate Classroom Assistant
- A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above (all subjects considered; Psychology, English, Education desirable)
- Some prior experience working/volunteering with children (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching, youth work)
- Patient, adaptable and eager to learn through training and feedback
- Available for the full academic year (term-time only)
- Right to work in the UK and DBS (or willingness to obtain)
