What you'll be doing:
- Leading from the front driving energy, culture, and performance across a buzzing team
- Owning the full guest experience across gaming, bar, and events
- Driving commercial success in a high-volume, wet-led environment
- Inspiring and developing a talented management team (with strong MGM support beneath you)
- Championing innovation whether it's new tech, smarter service models, or creative guest offers

- Someone who thrives in independent, entrepreneurial environments
- Strong commercial awareness and confident in managing large teams
