Foreman (Site Compound & Works Oversight)

Manchester (Initial training in Penrith CA10)
PAYE – Competitive rate (DOE)
Start Date: 25th May 2026

We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to manage the site compound and oversee ongoing works on a major project based in Manchester.

⚠️ Important: The first week will be based in Penrith (CA10) for induction and assessment.

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• 10-hour shifts
• Includes 3 weeks of night shifts (due to access restrictions)

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out visual inspections from MEWPs
• Supervising trial holes and ground investigations
• Overseeing invasive surveys to jack arches
• Coordinating subcontractor activities including:
  • Utilities and services surveys
  • Electrical tag & trace surveys

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Gold or Black Card
• SMSTS Certificate (in date)
• Full First Aid Certificate (in date)
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to start
