Salary: Basic £54,750 plus Benefits
Location: West Bromwich, West Midlands

A large Blue-Chip food manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for a Front Line Fleet Manager to join their operation in West Bromwich. As a Front Line Fleet Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of HGV technicians, maintaining high levels of health & safety as well as ensuring the fleet operations safely, efficiently and with full compliance. This is a fantastic role with a market leading organisation within the food industry.

Skills required for an Fleet Manager:

• Experience of leading a small team of HGV Technicians, focussing on good working practices and continuous improvement.
• Previous experience and a qualified vehicle technician.
• Demonstrate high levels of health & safety and compliance standards.
• Skilled in analysing data to drive informed decisions.
• Highly organised, with strong planning, prioritisation and problem solving skills.
• A confident communicator who ensures first class communication with Transport and Warehouse departments.
