The role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role supporting both clients and care staff in the community.

You will:

• Support care planning and complete client assessments
• Carry out spot checks, supervisions and competency assessments
• Mentor and support new and existing care staff
• Work closely with the Registered Manager
• Participate in an on-call rota
• Support with office-based duties including scheduling and medication processes

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.

What we’re looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in care (senior or supervisory level ideal)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Good IT and communication skills
• Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends
