What you will do:
- Collaborate with social services and community organisations to tailor individual family support plans.
- Provide practical and emotional family support, addressing specific needs and fostering resilience.
- Facilitate access to essential services and resources to ensure the wellbeing of families.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with families to assess progress and identify further requirements.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive support strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and progress for reporting and review.
Requirements of the Family Support Worker:
- Recent UK experience in Children’s Services
- Recent experience working as a Family Support Worker/Social Work Assistant
