As a Family Court Adviser, you will play an essential role in ensuring the welfare of children within the family court system. Providing invaluable guidance, these cases require compassion, discernment, and swift action. Here is what you will do:

What you will do:

• Manage 17-day timescales efficiently to ensure timely progress on cases.
• Screen cases thoroughly and conduct insightful telephone work.
• Produce approximately eight safeguarding letters for court per week, adhering strictly to the 17-day timeline.
• Attend internal sessions remotely, contributing your expertise to team discussions.
• Function similarly to a "front door" team in a Local Authority, handling initial case evaluations and decisions.
