KPI Education are working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Camden to appoint a dedicated EYFS Teacher for a full-time role.

The Role
You will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based EYFS lessons in line with the Early Years Framework.
- Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that supports child-led learning.
- Develop early literacy, phonics, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Observe, assess, and track pupil progress using EYFS frameworks.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support early learning journeys.
- Work collaboratively with EYFS staff, teaching assistants, and senior leaders.
- Contribute to continuous provision and outdoor learning opportunities.
- Support transition into Key Stage 1 effectively.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a reflective and passionate EYFS practitioner who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it (ECTs and PGCE students welcome).
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development.
- Is confident delivering phonics and early numeracy.
- Can create a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Has high expectations for all children’s progress and development.
- Is creative, organised, and adaptable in their approach.
- Brings energy, patience, and enthusiasm to Early Years teaching.
