Job Title: Engineering Team Leader

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

I'm working with a heavy industrial manufacturer looking to recruit an engineering team leader to join their engineering team. You'll be responsible for a team of engineers, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the plant, with a strong focus on mechanical fault finding, diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, belts, shafts. The role will also involve supporting machinery upgrades, installations, continuous improvement initiatives and wider engineering projects.

- Worked on hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gearboxes
Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader
- Continuous improvement or project experience.
- Strict compliance management
- Health and safety qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH
