What You Will Do:

• Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, ensuring they are informed and comfortable.

• Assist in setting up and maintaining endoscopy equipment and procedure rooms.

• Administer sedation or local anaesthesia as required, monitoring patient safety.

• Provide compassionate post-procedure care and ongoing support.

• Undertake endoscopic procedures (e.g., colonoscopies, gastroscopies) under consultant guidance.

• Maintain strict standards of equipment sterilization and infection control.

• Document patient observations accurately and maintain records of procedures.
