Job Title: Group Director of Sales – Multi-Brand Hotel Portfolio

We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Group Head of Sales to lead the sales strategy across a growing portfolio of hotels in the UK and Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue and business development across multiple globally recognised brands and distinctive independent properties.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the group-wide sales strategy, setting targets and driving performance across all properties
Build and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and development
Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments
Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to maximise commercial results
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Support new hotel openings and contribute to go-to-market strategies

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in hotel sales leadership across multiple properties or regions
Strong commercial focus with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Skilled at building and motivating high-performing sales teams
Experienced in corporate, MICE, leisure, and group business development
Confident communicator and relationship-builder with global brand experience
Based in the UK or Ireland with knowledge of local sales markets
