An exceptional opportunity exists for an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead the F&B division of a prestigious luxury resort.
The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, commercial performance, guest satisfaction and innovative dining concepts while developing a high-performing team and ensuring consistently exceptional service standards.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ operational experience within ultra-luxury hotels or leading independent restaurants.
- Proven experience as a Director of F&B or Assistant Director of F&B or very strong F&B Manager within a comparable luxury property.
- Experience with Forbes Five-Star standards would be ideal but not essential
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation and cost control.
- Extensive knowledge of food, beverage, wine and spirits, with a passion for innovative dining experiences.
- Demonstrated leadership, talent development and operational excellence.
- International resort experience, ideally in the Indian Ocean, Caribbean or Southeast Asia.
- A relevant hospitality qualification is advantageous.
The ideal candidate is a commercially astute, guest-focused leader with the vision and drive to elevate dining experiences and deliver outstanding financial and operational results.
Salary Package Offered: USD6.5k pm negotiable plus full expat benefits and great bonus scheme
