What you will do:
- Provide managerial cover in the absence of the Children and Family Hub Manager ensuring continuity of quality services.
- Oversee the line management of extended services teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop, coordinate and commission integrated services for children aged 0-19 years (up to 25 with SEND) and their families to drive long-term outcome improvements.
- Cultivate and coordinate key partnerships with various stakeholders through Children’s Neighbourhoods Partnership Boards and Parent/Carer Panels.
- Ensure active engagement of children and families in the delivery and evaluation of services within the Hub.
- Maintain the Children and Family Hub delivery plan in alignment with Hackney's strategic goals.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of services to meet both local and national targets.
Requirements:
You must possess a degree level qualification or equivalent in health, social care, education, early years, or community work. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in children’s services is essential. You should also have proven line management experience and be skilled in project management and service development. Experience working in partnership with diverse organisations and effectively communicating information to various audiences is crucial.
