Poole 

Hours: Various

Pay: £14- £17 per hour depending on experience

City Centre Recruitment is seeking a reliable and experienced Chefs to join our team.

The Role includes:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving meals to a high standard

• Managing stock control and placing food orders

• Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries

• Ensuring allergen and food safety standards are consistently met

• Monitoring food and equipment temperatures and maintaining hygiene practices

Some travel to nearby local sites may occasionally be required.

About You

✅ Strong cooking and food preparation experience

✅ Confidence leading a small team

✅ A flexible, hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure

✅ A good level of general education, including English and Maths

Desirable but not essential:

• Level 3 Food Safety qualification

• Previous experience as a chef de partie 

• Knowledge of health & safety and allergen management
