Job Role of the Construction Administrator
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Construction Administrator to join a growing construction and infrastructure team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across multiple live projects, maintaining project data, updating programmes of work and compiling accurate documentation for contractors.
The Construction Administrator will manage spreadsheets and project trackers, cross-reference survey and asset information, assist with build packs, process permits and support the quotation, completion and invoicing processes. Full training will be provided on internal systems and construction processes, with genuine opportunities to progress as the department expands.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Construction Administrator
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Full UK right to work
Requirements of the Construction Administrator
- Experience within construction, civils, projects or a comparable fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing and cross-referencing large volumes of data
- Able to understand project programmes, works schedules or similar operational documentation
- Strong written communication and numeracy
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to organise workload independently and use initiative
- Confident liaising with Project Managers, Supervisors, Operatives and internal departments
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Desirable Requirements of the Construction Administrator
- Streetworks permit experience
- Knowledge of NRSWA
- Mayrise experience
- Highways, utilities or civils experience
