Pay Rate: £40 per hour (umbrella rate)
Contract Type: Temporary – 6 Months
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility required for evening and weekend work)

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Community Safety Partnership Manager to work with a local authority community safety and public health team in North Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced community safety professional, partnership manager, or public sector project manager to lead multi-agency initiatives aimed at reducing crime, tackling anti-social behaviour, and improving community safety outcomes.

This role will play a key part in coordinating community safety strategies, crime prevention programmes, and partnership working across public sector organisations, helping to protect vulnerable residents and support safer communities.

Hybrid working will be available following an initial office-based training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of community safety strategies, policies, and partnership action plans.
  • Work closely with multi-agency partners including public sector organisations, community groups, and voluntary sector partners.
  • Provide expert advice on community safety legislation, crime reduction strategies, and statutory responsibilities.
  • Coordinate initiatives addressing crime prevention, anti-social behaviour (ASB), youth violence, exploitation, modern slavery, and domestic abuse.
  • Monitor and evaluate community safety performance frameworks, KPIs, and service delivery outcomes.
  • Produce detailed reports, data analysis, and performance updates for senior leadership, elected members, and strategic boards.
  • Manage and support community safety projects and public health approaches to crime reduction.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of external funding applications and grant bids for community initiatives.
  • Represent the organisation at local, regional, and national community safety meetings and partnership boards.
  • Support training initiatives related to Prevent, safeguarding, youth violence prevention, and community safety awareness.
  • Monitor community tensions and emerging risks, ensuring appropriate responses and mitigation measures are implemented.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Community Safety Manager, Community Safety Officer, Partnership Manager, or Public Sector Programme Manager role.
  • Strong experience in multi-agency partnership working within local government, public health, policing, or community services.
  • Knowledge of community safety legislation, crime prevention strategies, and safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Experience managing projects, action plans, and strategic programmes in a public sector environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, community groups, and partner agencies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience.

  • Commitment to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
  • Ability to work flexibly including occasional evenings and weekends.
