Class 1 Driver – Port Sunlight

KPI Recruiting is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well-established client based in Port Sunlight.

This role primarily involves trunking work, with both day and night shifts available. We welcome applications from drivers looking for full-time or part-time work, offering flexible working patterns to suit your availability.

Pay Rates – Including Rolled-Up Holiday Pay

• Days: £16.81 per hour
• Nights: £18.49 per hour
• Saturday: £22.41 per hour
• Sunday: £22.97 per hour

The above rates include rolled-up holiday pay, meaning your holiday entitlement is paid on top of your hourly rate as part of your weekly earnings.

• Day and night shifts available
• 7-day operation
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Flexible working patterns available

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, your main responsibilities will include:

• Trunking deliveries between distribution centres
• Completing vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Complying with all Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and road transport regulations

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence with a minimum of 6 months' driving experience
• A valid Driver CPC Card
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
• No previous driving disqualifications or bans
