Care Assistant: - Waking Nights

Locations: Bispham, Blackpool and Blackpool FY1 - Central

Hours: Bispham 9pm - 7am or FY1 Blackpool Central 10pm-8am

About the Role

These are waking nights positions, you will spend the entirety of your shift with one client in their home.

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Monitoring clients during the night on a wake and watch basis
• Offering fluid and nutrition
• Continence Care
• Catheter Care
• Medication Administration
• Supporting with medication management
• Working solo or as part of a 2-person team depending on client needs
• Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements and offering reassurance

We support people who need care services for long-term health conditions, clinically-led enhanced homecare, and end-of-life care. All focused on supporting each individual's lifestyle and wellbeing.

Shift Patterns & Hours

• Full-time and part-time hours available
• Range of shifts available Monday to Sunday (weekend availability required)
• Shifts allocated based on business needs and your availability
• Once committed to a shift, we need you to complete the full shift reliably

Essential:

• The right to work in the UK without needing employer sponsorship

• 3 months paid care experience within the UK in the last 3 years that can be verified by references.
