What you will do:
- Conduct thorough mental health and risk assessments, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Design, implement, and review person-centred care plans aligned with the latest therapeutic practices.
- Deliver interventions focused on therapeutic recovery, tailored to individual patient needs.
- Oversee medication administration and monitoring in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Council standards.
