What you will do:

- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programmes for individuals with complex care needs.
- Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals in emergency and acute situations, taking charge of the Emergency Department regularly.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and service user involvement.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff and students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Participate in clinical audits, risk assessments, and the promotion of evidence-based practices.

Key Criteria:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at Diploma Level
- Minimum of two years’ recent experience within Emergency Care

Desirable:

- European Paediatric Advanced Life Support Provider
- Advanced Life Support Provider
- Trauma Intermediate Life Support course
- Mentorship or teaching qualification
