What you will do

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions to patients within the Inpatient Neurological Team.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning.
• Contribute to the development and review of patient care pathways.
• Assess, plan, and implement targeted physiotherapy treatments.
• Support the rehabilitation and recovery of patients with neurological conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor ongoing progress.
