What You Will Do:

• Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments within an acute medical setting, delivering targeted and effective treatment plans.

• Arrange and evaluate appropriate equipment to facilitate patient recovery and rehabilitation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and manage patient discharges efficiently.

• Participate actively in board rounds and clinical discussions, offering expert physiotherapy insight.

• Carry out visits as required — a valid driving licence and access to a car are essential.

• Maintain full compliance with HCPC professional standards and trust policies.
