What you will do:

• Manage an adult outpatient caseload, performing comprehensive nutritional assessments and devising tailored treatment plans.
• Provide specialised dietetic interventions for patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including IBS and other functional gut conditions.
• Assess and support patients with disordered eating behaviours, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Offer dietary management for patients needing oral nutritional support and monitor the prescription of oral supplements following local guidelines.
• Provide evidence-based weight management advice and behavioural interventions to promote long-term health improvements.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Evidence of ongoing professional development relevant to adult nutrition and gastroenterology.

Experience:

• Post-registration experience in an NHS Dietetics service.
• Experience in independently managing adult outpatient caseloads.
• Proven experience in supporting patients with GI disorders, IBS, and nutritional support needs.
