What you will do:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised treatment programs for patients in an acute setting.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimum patient care.

- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

- Current HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience in an acute setting is preferred.
- A valid UK driving licence to facilitate home visits and community integration.
