Are you ready for an exciting opportunity as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse with the Adults Community Mental Health Team in the picturesque locale of St Helier, Jersey? Earn a competitive rate of £40-£41 per hour depending on your experience, working core hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We offer flexible start and finish times, with options like 8am to 6pm over four days a week, or choose part-time hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you will do:

• Provide high-quality mental health care and support to adults within the Community Mental Health Team.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

• Offer support and consultation to carers and families of patients.

• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to service development.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

• Actively engage in continuous professional development and training.
