What You Will Do:

Operate and maintain key laboratory equipment, including Alinity Hq, Hs, Winpath, ACL Tops 550, and Neo Iris.
Conduct precise cross-matching and serology testing in line with quality and safety standards.
Work across shifts to ensure full service coverage and smooth operational flow.
Adhere strictly to established laboratory guidelines, protocols, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding diagnostic support.
Communicate effectively with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely results.
