What you will do

Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.
Perform catheterisation and diabetic monitoring to ensure patient health is optimally managed.
Administer IV medicines safely and effectively in patients’ homes.
Provide palliative care with sensitivity and empathy, supporting patients and families through end-of-life care.
Visit patients regularly to deliver respiratory care and manage simple dressings and wound management.
