What you will do:

- Perform venepuncture and collect blood samples from volunteers safely and accurately.
- Complete routine clinical observations, including blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, and waist measurements.
- Record clinical information accurately using electronic systems.
- Monitor participant wellbeing throughout appointments and escalate any concerns appropriately.
- Prepare, label, and package blood samples for laboratory collection.
- Deliver a professional, participant-centred service, providing reassurance and support throughout the appointment.
- Support the smooth running of mobile clinics by assisting with participant flow and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to infection prevention, health and safety, and clinical governance standards.
- Report incidents and contribute to quality improvement activities.
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver a safe and efficient service.

Requirements:

- Venepuncture, cannulation, or blood drawing certificate or competencies required to perform your tasks efficiently and professionally.
