Flourish Medical is recruiting an Associate Dentist in Longbridge (B31) for a long-established mixed NHS and private practice in a busy, highly accessible location close to Longbridge Town Centre. This position is ideal for a GDC-registered Dentist with an NHS Performer Number seeking a stable, part-time role with strong NHS and private earning potential. The practice offers an established list of loyal patients, modern digital dentistry systems, supportive dental nurses and administrators, and an excellent local reputation. This is a great opportunity for an Associate Dentist looking to grow their private portfolio while delivering essential NHS dentistry within a thriving Longbridge practice.

You must have the right to work in the UK and relevant UK dental experience. Applications without this will not be considered.

Benefits – Associate Dentist in Longbridge

• 2 days per week: Tuesdays & Fridays (8:30–17:00)
• UDA Rate: £13.00–£14.50 per UDA (dependent on experience)
• Private Income: 45–50%
• Estimated OTE £65,500
