• Provide supportive management to the Family Help and Safeguarding Team to deliver high-quality services.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic objectives.
• Oversee casework to ensure children and families receive appropriate and timely interventions.
• Facilitate team meetings and supervision sessions to promote reflection and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, agencies, and communities to safeguard children and support families effectively.
• Motivate and guide your team to meet performance targets and delivery outcomes.
