Assembly Operative in Redditch, West Midlands

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for Assembly Operative to work in their leading facility in Redditch.

For the successful Assembly Operative our client is offering;

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday- Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
• Temporary, 2-3 weeks worth of work 
• Free parking
• Small, friendly team

The role - Assembly Operative;

• Assembling parts and bags
• Packing 
• Conducting visual checks
• Ensuring the orders manufactured meet the required customer standards
• Complete all relevant paperwork in relation to the role
• Following health & safety regulations
• Keeping a clean and tidy work area
• Working in a stand alone role 
• Meeting daily production targets

What our client is looking for in a Assembly Operative;

• Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Happy to work a repetitive role within a small team environment - ESSENTIAL
• Be in a good standard of health to be able to work in an upright, repetitive position for the shift duration - ESSENTIAL 
• Ability to demonstrate agility with hands to assemble small fastening systems - ESSENTIAL
• Keen eye for detail- ESSENTIAL 
• Due to site location, own transport is essential
